Cyrus, our 100-lb Lab retriever mutt, was treated with the utmost respect and kindness over the past 12 years. The respect this staff and the doctors have for their animal patients is beyond commendable. Cyrus seemed to have every issue imaginable, yet the doctors and staff were never dismissive—always concerned, always attentive, and always focused on helping him feel better. Cy actually loved going to the vet—he couldn’t wait to be there. When the time came to let Cyrus go, we chose to have it done at the clinic. He passed quietly and comfortably, surrounded by the same caring staff who had looked after him for so many years—and, of course, his humans. Les Bois handled everything from there, and we could not have been more grateful for their compassion and professionalism during such a difficult time. Our deepest thanks go to Dr. Durland; Rachel, Michelle, and Ernie at reception; technicians Ellie, Reilly, Kaila, and Chris (you are the best!); and Dr. Stockmann, Dr. Skinner, and Dr. Peterson, who stepped in whenever Dr. D was unavailable. We will always be thankful for the love and care they showed Cyrus.
