They were quite busy and customer service was very good. We didn't have to wait long to see the Vet. All in all, very satisfied with this business.

I have been taking my dogs to the Federal way location for many years. Dr Erickson is absolutely phenomenal! She remembers about, and asks about all my animals and takes the time to really explain everything clearly. She is very knowledgeable and provides top notch care. I trust her with all my fur family! On top of the amazing care that she gives, my animals all totally love her. I can’t say enough good things about her and her technicians. Thank you for helping care for my 4 legged family and keeping them happy and healthy! We love you guys!

Very friendly staff, our wounded lab was comfortable with the employees. Clinic seemed very clean and did. Not smell doggy. 4 stars instead of 5 is we waited an hour and 20 minutes, and no one else was there. Very slow
