they have THE BEST people working here. You can tell they all truly care, love animals, and always have their best interest at heart. They helped me know how best to care for a young kitten and gave me insurance options as well! they were so gentle with her and all loved her to death, I feel so reassured and confident having her in their care! I advise against bringing your pet here for anything beyond routine or short-term care. Over the years, Banfield’s poor medical decisions have affected my dog’s health. Our most recent visit highlighted ongoing issues. At drop-off, we verbally explained and provided written details about our dog’s eye injury. The veterinarian later called and thought she was being seen for something else.

Dropped off 2 dogs at 10am for annual vaccines. They left our medicated, anxious dog in a kennel for 3.5 hours until sedation wore off, then cancelled the exam due to "stress"—a situation caused by their delay. Our other dog sat 4 hours for nothing, complicating a necessary incontinence med refill. Their process is disorganized and creates unnecessary anxiety for pets.
