Such a great vet! Had a check up yesterday and the vet was thorough and kind with my anxious pup. Amazing staff. They don’t price gouge which is honestly such a nice surprise when checking out.

I bring both my dog and cat into Bench, and have had great experiences every time I go in. I can schedule an appointment online, I don’t have to wait too long in the waiting room, and once in the exam fee the tech and vet are both punctual and quick. I feel like they give careful and considerate feedback regarding my specific needs and or requests, without pushing for more tests or money spent. I thoroughly appreciate the doctors and staff here.

I was very taken back by the reception that I received from the receptionist. She was on the verge of being rude. I also requested that my pets medical records be obtained from the animal shelter that I adopted het from two weeks before the appointment, and it never got done. That was negligent on the receptionist part. The technician was the best part of the visit. I am pleased with her performance and care. I’m choosing another clinic to take my pet to,
