We took our cat in because we were worried he might've eaten a foxtail, it turned out to be a false alarm, but everyone, receptionist, tech Payton and Dr. Marshall were very kind and informative. I appreciated that they were honest about not seeing much wrong with him from the exam, instead of immediately pushing a huge amount of diagnostics based off my panic. Even what was proposed in the estimate was very reasonable, and a good starting point. I also liked that they didn't make me feel bad for declining the next steps and deciding to "wait and see". In my opinion the urgent care fee was worth it for peace of mind. They also let us come in basically at closing time, we called ahead to ask. They offer a free 24 hr recheck exam which was nice. I do have to mention we noticed some off leash dogs in the lobby as people were checking out, and while they were well behaved it did make us a little nervous sitting there with the cat, also because we are near a kind of busy street.To be fair, the other off leash dog was very small, lol. Overall we would return, and decided to make this our regular vet.

I strongly recommend seeing them. Everyone was very kind and attentive to our concerns and the pricing was very reasonable given the services provided. Even more so than the larger clinics we’ve been to in the past. Your pet will be in great hands! :)

I had my dog into the urgent care twice and both times have been wonderful experiences. The doctor took time to evaluate my pet and give me detailed information for home care. The wait was short, both to be put into a room and to be seen by the doctor. The prices were fair and reasonable as well. I highly recommend this clinic for your pet.

I’ve been bringing my now 11 year old lab to Dr. Marshall since he first opened the clinic around 2018, and I can confidently say he is the most caring and informative veterinarian I’ve ever met. I’ve also been bringing my 7 and 8 year old labs there since they were puppies, so this clinic has cared for my dogs through every stage of their lives. I have zero medical background, so when something is wrong with my dogs it can feel overwhelming and hard to understand. Dr. Marshall and his staff have always taken the time to explain things clearly, calmly, and honestly. Unlike other vets I’ve experienced, they don’t just throw medical terms at you and rush out the door. They help you truly understand what’s going on and what the next steps are. Recently, my dog was diagnosed with cancer. I initially went to another vet closer to home out of convenience, and honestly, it was a mistake. I left with more questions than answers and felt completely overwhelmed. I went straight to Dr. Marshall afterward, and he gracefully walked me through everything. His calm, caring demeanor settled me down during one of the darkest and most uncertain moments I’ve faced as a dog owner. The staff and vet assistants also deserve huge praise. Every interaction has been kind, patient, and professional. Peyton in particular has been our vet tech several times, and my dogs immediately trust him, which says a lot. Anyone with labs knows they can read people pretty quickly, and mine have always been completely comfortable around him and the rest of the staff. You can tell Dr. Marshall and his team genuinely care about both the animals and the people bringing them in. That kind of compassion is rare. I’m incredibly grateful for all of them.
